We have been Hoffman Auto customers for almost 3 decades, starting with my first Porsche and too many Audis to count.....one of the major reasons we purchased the current Audi Q5 from Hoffman is because of someone in your service department, Mark Steponaitis. He has been excellent in servicing our Audis. We could have purchased the Q5 for less cost elsewhere, but it was worth the difference for the service we have received over the years.
